Our story.

Wildwood Music Therapy was founded by two music therapists with shared values who saw the need for holistic wellness in the midst of a pandemic.

As we laid the groundwork for our business, we took advantage of the unique opportunity as owners to remain rooted in our personal values and commitment to ethical practice. While Wildwood is under sole-ownership now, I regularly return to the ideas and values that we were founded on — striving for anti-oppressive anti-ableist practice, making genuine connections with our clients and community, and ethical and transparent business and employment practices.

I feel honored to be a part of the Lexington area community and to be a small part of so many lives in a variety of ways. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and please reach out to us if you have any questions!
